Our College Magazine that won the Pradeep Memorial Award for the best College Magazine in MGU. It also stood third for the MGU Students Union Award for the best College Magazine in MGU. It is the second consecutive Pradeep Memorial Trophy and the 3rd in the last 4years. Our Last years Magazine 'The Fourth Estate' was selected as the 4th Best College Magazine in Kerala by Malayala Manorama.

LL.B. 3 Year Course Admission on 19 & 20 December,2011
The admission of the alloted students to the Govt Law College Ernakulam will be conducted on 19th & 20th December,2011. Those who are alloted are requested to be present on the dates. Required document should be brought for verification. Hall ticket and certificates are mandatory. The timings are 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Fees would have to be paid at the time of admission itself. Allotment Letter should also be brought.

എറണാകുളം ഗവ. ലോ കോളേജില് അഡ്വ. ടി.എസ്. വെങ്കിടേശ്വര അയ്യര് എവര് റോളിങ് ട്രോഫിക്ക് വേണ്ടി യുള്ള 14-ാമത് അഖിലേന്ത്യാ മൂട്ട് കോര്ട്ട് മത്സരങ്ങളുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിര്വഹിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം.
നിയമാവബോധം താഴെത്തട്ടിലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം മുതല് സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതും വ്യക്തിയുടെ സ്വഭാവത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായിത്തീരേണ്ടതുമാണ്. ഭരണഘടനാ മൂല്യങ്ങളോടുള്ള പ്രതിപത്തി ഏതു മേഖലയിലായിരുന്നാലും നിയമ വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികള് മുറുകെ പിടിക്കണം. കോര്പ്പറേറ്റ് ലോകത്തും ഇത് പ്രായോഗികമാക്കാനാവുമെന്നും ജസ്റ്റിസ് പറഞ്ഞു.

ജനുവരി 27 മുതല് 31വരെ കൊച്ചിയില് നടക്കുന്ന എം. ജി സര്വകലാശാലാ കലോത്സവത്തിന്റെ പേരും, ലോഗോയും പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്തു. 'വര്ണ്ണം 2011' എന്നാണു ഈ വര്ഷത്തെ കലോത്സവത്തിന്റെ പേര്. ഗവ. ലോ കോളേജില് നടന്ന ചടങ്ങില് ചലച്ചിത്രതാരം അനന്യ പ്രകാശനകര്മ്മം നിര്വ്വഹിച്ചു. മേയര് ടോണി ചമ്മിണി ചടങ്ങ് ഉത്ഖാടനം ചെയ്തു. University Union Chairman വി. ആര് രാഹുല് അധ്യക്ഷതവഹിച്ചു. ലോ കോളേജ് പ്രിന്സിപ്പല് ഡോ.രാജശേഖരന്, സര്വ്വകലാശാല syndicate അംഗം കെ. ലതീഷ്, ലോ കോളേജ് യുണിയന് ചെയര്മാന് ലിജിന് തമ്പാന് എന്നിവര് പങ്കെടുത്തു. സ്വാഗതസംഖം ജനറല് കണ്വീനര് ലിജോജോസ് സ്വാഗതവും യുണിയന് ജെനറല് സെക്രടറി കെ. എസ്. രാജേഷ് നന്ദിയും പറഞ്ഞു. അഞ്ചു ദിവസങ്ങളില് ആയി നടക്കുന്ന കലോല്സവത്തിന് രാജേന്ദ്രമൈതാനം, മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ്, ലോ കോളേജ്, സെന്റ് തെരേസാസ് കോളേജ് എന്നിവ വേദിയാകും.
